A traditional Puerto Rican Christmas cocktail that's creamy and coconut flavored.

  • 2 egg yolks beaten
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 14 oz coconut milk
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup white rum
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Combine egg yolks and evaporated milk in a sauce pot over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F.

  2. Pour the mixture to a blender, and add the remaining ingredients. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into mason jars or empty wine bottles and chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
