Ingredients
  • Tortilla chips about three handfuls
  • cup Leftover pulled pork about a
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. Spread the tortilla chips into a thin layer on a baking sheet or oven-proof pan. Spread pulled pork on top, and sprinkle with cheese.
  3. Pop it into the oven and bake for about 7-10 minutes, or until the pulled pork is heated through and the cheese is melted.
  4. Let cool for a few minutes, and then sprinkle coleslaw on top. Drizzle barbecue sauce over the nachos, and eat!
