Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water
  • teaspoon of honey (for a little extra sweetness if you'd like)
  • a handful of spinach
Instructions
  1. Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If you like your smoothie a little thicker, add less water and add a little ice to the blender instead. If you like it on the more liquid side, add more water.
